Which tasks await you
Direct contact with our customers determines the majority of your work in publishing administration. You answer enquiries by phone and in writing, you are the first point of contact for clients and work with our customer database. Your field of activity is complemented by order processing, managing subscriptions to our publications, preparatory accounting and dunning. Furthermore, you support the management in organisational matters.
Who we are looking for
You have a degree, e.g. in Humanities, you speak German at a native level and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You also have an excellent command of English and can thus confidently manage dealings with our foreign customers and contacts (both verbally and in writing). You are proficient in the use of PCs and common applications such as Microsoft Word.
You are quick on the uptake and enjoy an analytical way of thinking and working. In addition to working independently and on your own responsibility, you enjoy working in a team just as much. You are interested in the classic processes of a publishing house and in (foreign) economic contexts, you are open to the challenges of the digital age and curious about dealing with new technologies.
What you will find with us
- A modern and dynamic working environment with flat hierarchies.
- A challenging and responsible job where you regularly learn new things and always “think outside the box”.
- Opportunities for further development in a continuously growing owner-managed SME that focuses on sustainable business and personnel development and strives for long-term cooperation with its employees.
